Jim Best Hyundai's new premises represents a $1.2 million vote of confidence in Clare and the surrounding districts.
Adjoining the showroom are offices for Dealer Principal Jim Best, Sales and Finance Consultant Tim Zeccola. Receptionist Kristin Carling mans a grand curved counter and there's even a customer lounge and kitchenette.
Around the corner is the service and parts reception where you'll find Service and Parts Manager Travers Potticary and Service Advisors Brock Davy and Kaylah Aistrope.
Out the back is a spacious eight-bay workshop where Service Technicians Mick Malone and Robbie Gebert both work hard to service all your requirments. Rounding out the complement is Apprentice Technicians Jake Sommerville and Daniel Kleingeld. All are loving the extra room.
There's also a vehicle preparation area in the workshop where you'll find vehicle detailer Leah and all rounder Rodney Grace.
A mezzanine floor above the workshop provides the staff lunch room and training room, where the service technicians can watch the latest updates via Internet from Hyundai and the apprentices can do their theory lessons. Outside there is room to display up to 40 new and used cars and a customer carpark.
Protecting the environment has been a prime consideration in the design of the premises, with all waste separated and reclaimed before the water enters the drainage system.
Oils and other fluids from the workshop are stored in a tank and taken away on a regular basis by a licensed contractor.
